"Gina was professional, knowledgeable and quoted my mom a great price for the replacement of her alterntor (I checked 2 other places and her quote was actually the lowest). She was very direct and played no games, ... drop off, problem identified, price quote, car ready ready to go by 5pm as promised. Before bringing it in, I predicted that they would find a million things wrong since the car is so old and we wouldn't know the difference, but they proved me wrong. It was just the alternator (and seriously they could have told us anything...we know nothing about cars). Overall, a great experience considering that broken down cars and mechanics are usually stressful situations. Great service and very honest.."
